During prom season availability changes constantly.  We will check first to make sure the dress you order is available in time for your wear date.  Most orders are handled by the nearest Top 10 Prom store if there is one in your area.  Our Customer Care Specialists will let you know promptly how your order will be handled so that you get the best service.  Orders placed are final and may not be changed or cancelled.  Remember when you shop online your dress is not registered at a local store. By placing your order you acknowledge having read and agree to the sales and returns policies and that you have ordered the correct size based on the size chart shown with the dress.  Watch our sizing video for tips.  Your credit card will not be charged until availability of the dress you ordered has been secured.
